I just emailed the newsletter out to all the addresses I have a list of…. If you didn’t receive it, either add your address via the top of the homepage…. or send me an email and ill update your address in the list.

Important Information!

• PICNIC MEETING!!! Last names A-G please bring salad, H-Z bring dessert. EARLY START TIME OF 6:30PM FOR PICNIC. MEETING AT 7PM.

• The Fair Entry Tags MUST be picked up at this meeting!

• Members should decide if they are interested in running for an office before this meeting. Offices are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Junior Council Representatives, Historian and Reporter. Elections with Nominations will be held in August.

• Suggestions for the Achievement Banquet Theme and the organization of a committee will be discussed at this meeting.

• Continue to work on your Record Books. They are due at the August 11 meeting or earlier. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• If you are out shopping, pick up some school supplies for our School Supply Drive in August.

So i have the email a bit better setup now… if you would like an email address @springvalley4h.org, simply sign up from the form on the right…. within a day oen of us will approve the account assuming you’re a member or parent… and then you can login to your 4-h email account from the box on the top right of the site.

Ok… so this is much simpler than the previous versions… but to be honest… we really didn’t use 3/4 of what they came with anyway…

With this setup the site should be very easy to maintain and update, and we still have most of the main features.

I am still working on integrating a forum… will let everyone know when its ready…
